Scope of Work
The project began with removing the existing fence, which involved cutting out a large tree stump and extracting old fence posts—tasks that required the use of a digger for safe and efficient removal. Once the site was cleared, we installed a new, solid fence that not only improved privacy but also gave the property a fresh, updated look.
During excavation, we encountered an unexpected challenge: a dislodged water main. However, we acted quickly to resolve the issue, coordinating with a trusted local plumber who restored the water supply the same day. This proactive approach minimised disruption for Drew and Kate, ensuring the project stayed on track.
After addressing the plumbing issue, we constructed a low retaining wall alongside the new fence to better define the landscape and provide additional structural support for the sloped area. The end result is a beautifully finished fence and retaining wall, custom-built to suit their property’s layout and needs.
